RENTAL POLICIES

• RESERVATIONS – Require a prepaid reservation fee of $300.00 for motor home, $150.00 for Travel Trailer,  and $150.00 for tent camper (applied to rental fee)

   

• PAYMENT POLICY – Rental balance and refundable security deposit of $500.00 for motor home, $300.00 for Travel Trailer, and $150.00 for tent camper are required when units are picked up. Charges deducted from your security deposit include but not limited to: interior/exterior damages, stains, loss of equipment.

   

• CLEANING FEE – If the rental units are not returned clean, (without a prepaid cleaning fee) a base cleaning fee of $165.00 for motor home, $85.00 for Travel Trailer, and $35.00 tent tent camper will be deducted from renters’ security deposit.

   

• LATE RETURNS –Our units are tightly scheduled for the season, and a late return would inconvenience our prep time as well as other customers vacation schedules. So a late return would be subject to a $75.00/hr late charge plus daily fees.

·         PICK-UP & RETURN TIMES – All of our RV’s are automatically scheduled for pick up between 2pm and 4pm, and must be returned no later than 10am at date agreed to before departure. Customized pick up and return times are available for an additional fee if specifically requested by our client at the time the reservation is made, or may be adjusted by an authorized Pioneer RV representative if deemed necessary. ****Please see (FAQ’s page ) for explanation

• DEPARTURE TIME – ("is a scheduled time"...late fees could apply) between 2pm and 4pm, earlier times may be available if your camper is ready.

   

• INSURANCE –

  1. Your written proof of insurance policy or binder covering rental unit is mandatory from your insurance provider before departure.

  2. RV Supplemental Liability Insurance may be purchased thru MBA Insurance for $9.95 per day by going to www.rvsli.com and entering policy number - RVR7471 (for motor homes only)

  3. Customers renting Travel Trailer or Tent Trailer must have Liability insurance.

   

•  RENTER REQUIREMENTS – our insurance requires renters to be 25 years of age or older as well as have a valid drivers license and be present at the time of departure.

   

• FORMS OF PAYMENT – At departure time your bill must be paid in full, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard - (Personal checks are not accepted unless given 20 days in advance in order to clear). 
  

• CANCELLATION POLICY - If you give your cancellation notice 45 days prior to departure and another renter takes the same dates; we will refund 100%. If you cancel between 45 and 30 days prior to your departure date, we will refund 50%. If you cancel 30 days or less before your departure date; we will keep 100% of the reservation fee, but apply it towards another rental if you rent a camper from Pioneer within a 1 year period.
