A: Yes, We realize that pets are considered part of the family, but we also know that other customers are allergic to pet dander etc. So; we have the current rules set up until someone ruins it for everyone. Pioneer will apply an additional $200.00 security deposit to cover any stains and or damage (i.e. chew/scratch marks, urine extraction, and fabric/tile replacement etc.). And a standard $75.00 cleaning fee that will be added to your rental agreement to clean any pet dander that may be left behind. Every rental unit is inspected for pet hair upon its return (even customers without a pet reservation or notice). A representative will take a piece of tape and apply it in different locations of the rental unit. If pet hair or any other evidence is picked up or found, a extra $150.00 will be added for the clean up. If no damage from your pet is detected, then you’re refunded your $200.00 security.
