Job Title: Operations Assistant
1 FT position & 1 PT position
(both have
same responsibilities)
Job Description: This
position is located in Rosemount on hwy 52 during the
summer months. Some work may be performed at home for
qualified individuals during low season, but is mainly
done at the rental location. It is an hourly or salaried
position depending on the applicants’ needs, with a day
shift schedule Monday – Friday, according to our
customers needs. One position is PT (6 months), and one
position is full time with paid time off from
Thanksgiving thru New Years day. This is a dream job for
the right person who would like to be handsomely
compensated financially 12 months a year for 9 to 10
months work. The position would require you to schedule
reservations by phone and computer entry as well as
prepare (clean) the vehicles for the next vacationing
family. Verbal communication skills are a necessity when
explaining different options to customers and also
patience is important when you show new customers how to
operate the vehicles. We can train ANYONE to do this
job….so do not be intimidated by the requirements…they
are merely a precursor for what we will train you to do.
Minimum Qualifications: Must
be a motivated self starter that has the time management
skills to organize a schedule as well as asses customers
needs while giving a verbal orientation on the phone or
in person. Able to contribute positively to a team work
environment, maintain a high energy level, manage stress
in challenging situations. Willingness to learn and goal
orientated person preferred.
Preferred Skills but NOT
required: Light mechanical skills a plus, computer
skills, previous RV experience, Enjoys working outside
(camping).
